Recovery After Narcissistic Abuse, Don’t Ever Give Up On Yourself.

When you’re having a bad day, when you feel like giving up or quitting, remember exactly why you left, and the life you want and who you now want to become.

Don’t listen to those trying to bring you down, listen to those trying to raise you up, most important, talk to yourself in a great way and raise yourself up, no matter how hard it feels, do not let the negative take over. Once you feel positive on the inside, those events on the outside that you can not control, will not affect your emotional well being like they used to.

When you feel like giving up, Remember what you are doing it for, remind yourself that the sort term pain is temporary, remember that the pain you may be feeling today, can be replaced with the strength you need to keep going, find that inner strength and that pain will get replaced with the strength you need to move forward tomorrow.

Remember that every little bit of pain you feel is just there to build you stronger.

When you lift weights, you actually tear muscles, they then ache the next day or so, while they heal themselves to become bigger and better and stronger.

So that emotional pain you feel today is just preparing you for a better and stronger version of you.

When you feel like giving up, remember that pain is helping you build a stronger character and a stronger mind.

Don’t let the pain stop you, push through it and keep going. Don’t back down from the pain, feel it, deal with it, then use it to force yourself forward to a better future.

Face the pain head-on and keep going anyway.

It’s never too early, and it’s never too late, it’s never too hard, you are never too weak, you are never too stressed, stop finding excuses to quit, stop looking for reasons to give up, what you feel is real, what you feel is hard, use it to keep yourself moving forward and out of that pain.

When you feel like giving up and quitting, remember you have so much to live for, you have so much to fight for.

Those who quit and walk away have no heart, you have a fantastic spirit and no matter how painful and how hard it feels you need to push through it, to reach the other side, give up on those who hurt you, but never give up on you.

The greatest story in your life is yet to be written, and your greatest strength is about to become you, your true happiness is on its way.

If you want to be your best, you will have to give it all you’ve got, and then you’ll have to give it some more, you have to provide yourself with your best effort, to overcome the pain and find your inner strength.

Do not quit on anything, until you’ve given 100% of yourself when outside events are causing you nothing but pain, and it’s time to walk free no matter how painful that may be, remember why you need to stay free, then use that pain to free your mind, use the effort you put into the past that didn’t work out, into yourself and make it work out. Short term pain, for long term gain.

You are limitless, so whatever you believe your limit to be, when you reach it go past it, give it more and keep going.

I know it’s incredibly hard, but nothing good will come if you quit on yourself. I know some days it may seem impossible, yet look at those impossible days you made it through, you have to keep going. To make it possible.

Sometimes when you take a jump over your fear into pain, with no parachute, and what feels like no soft landing, you just have to fall, get up the next day, then fall, get up the next day and then fall, until you finally have enough of falling get up the next day and start to climb, then keep on climbing until you make it. You will make it.

When you feel like giving up, when you feel like quitting, no matter how painful it is right now, you have to keep going to get your reward, of a wiser, stronger, happier, more resilient you.

Winston Churchill.

“When you’re going through hell, keep on going, never never never give up.”

When someone’s brought you down, never let them have to power to keep you down, climb back up, stronger and happier than you were before, then keep on going for more.

When you feel like giving up, remember why you started and who you want to be.

Others have done it before you, and you can show others after you that they can do it too, I believe in you, believe in yourself also.
